We need to generate a report of leads that include a specific field as true, that we are then making a CSV file of. The problem is that we are getting multiples of each record in this list. ie we have 3 results in the report for one person etc.

Do you know what may be causing this?

It's problematic as on this report its showing 44 records, when in fact we only have approx 20.
