When I add a Notes in "Cases", it doesn't show up under Contacts

When I add a Notes in "Cases", it doesn't show up under Contacts

If I add a note under "Deals", the note shows up in Contacts. But if I add a note under "Cases", it does not show up. 

Is there a setting I can configure to make this happen?

I want to be able to take notes in Cases and see them under Contacts (without digging into cases).
