When I create a quote from a contact, the address is not populated.

When I create a quote from a contact, the address is not populated.

In the help file, it says: 

Billing Address*   Specify the billing address of the account or contact to which the quote has to be sent. If you have selected the account or contact, the corresponding billing address is automatically filled up.
The same is true for Shipping Address.

When I create a new quote, select a contact that I already have in the system, the address does not show up. The fields for Billing Address and Other address are there, but not showing up.
