When I customize business card as an admin, does that do it for all users?

When I customize business card as an admin, does that do it for all users?

Just wondering if that only does it for myself, or if customizing that changes it for all standard users as well?

Side note, I really wish we could set the theme and colours for users and lock it so they can't change it.  I like having us all the same colour but hate when I go to an employee's desk and shes changed it to pink!
