When I export the tickets to excel 2007, I do not get a normal file

Hi there,

I tried to export all our tickets to excel for backup in a csv-file, but it doesn't seem to work. Attachment zoho1 is what you get, just by opening it. Attachment zoho2 is what you get when I tell excel that it is a csv, seperated by comma and all that... I've selected A1 and I also tried it with colom A, it's almost good, but not yet. Can you please help me?
