Hi guys,

I'm brand new at this, so thanks for any help you can give. Zoho seems perfect for us, so i'm hoping I can get this to work. 

I have been trying to import the .csv files that I have prepared. It accepts them and allows me to assign a column with the contact information. Everything will be going smoothly, and then once I import it I get this:

• No. of Records added: 0
• No. of Records updated: 0
• No. of Records ignored: 0
  (Reason: Due to empty values for any of the mandatory fields)
  
• If you are unsatisfied with this import, you can rollback it at Import History

I will GREATLY appreciate any help :) Thanks!
