When I send Emails from Outlook I cannot see them in CRM

When I send Emails from Outlook I cannot see them in CRM

Hi,

I have setup zohomail so i could set up POP for my emails.  It has all synced correctly and I receive mails to zoho and outlook and can see them in CRM.

When i send from zohomail i can also see them in my outlook HOWEVER when i send from outlook, I dont get them in my CRM accounts or in zohomail? Please advise.
