I don't know what I have done!

I'm trying to creat a zoho mail and it fails, the message is the "name alredy taken".

When I try to login using my e-mail address " contato@mouraopericia.com" I access my wife's account instead.

" cristiane@mourao.adv.br"

How can it be solved?
