When inserting a lead or contact title in an mass email template  is there a way to add a the letter "s" so it is plural?

This is needed because if you say for example, I am sending an email that reads, In working with other "#title"  it will be singular ( no "s" or plural and it will look bad) and it needs to be plural so adding the "s" would correct that.  Thank you for your assistance. 

It then would read when working with other IT Vice Presidents ( ie... adding in the s automatically)
