Hi there,
Adding a Lead/Contact directly from Social to CRM is really awesome !
However, even if I put all Lead info in "Personal Info" tab on Social, when clicking to "Add to CRM", it is not collecting this data already filled-in. I have to fill-in again same info on "Add new prospect to CRM".
Is there anyway not to type this information two times ?
Another scenario is also :
- Update info on Social for a Lead/contact in "Personal info" table, after getting info from the Lead through a chat
- Not updating this new information (as critical as email and phone number) in CRM fields
Am I missing something here ?
