...for cross referencing and tracking?

I am the sub-contractor.  I submit the same bid to multiple general contractors.  If the GC is selected, we get the work. 

I would like to be able to track by JOB, and cross reference by GC.  (Looking for patterns with various GCs, sales efforts, etc...)

Who can help?
