I am not super happy about being essentially a beta tester for a product which doesn't seem ready to use. I have been working on building a simple store for 3 months with one problem after another and very, very slow support responses. Is anyone else having issues with it? Are others thinking it should be part of Zoho One, particularly with its problems to use? I was previously a web designer. I have quite a bit of experience building things. I should have no problem setting up a simple store but it's been anything but simple and 3 months later I'm still not live because checkout doesn't work (hangs) and I can't add simple variants without a convoluted path through Inventory which I don't want to use or pay for.

Thoughts? Others experiences?
