When will CRM be updated? It has been 4 years and the same bugs
Hello, I have been a zoho customer for around 4 years. The CRM interface for leads has never been updated. It has the same limitations and the same bugs.
There is no way to reach a human being that I can find. No Chat, No email. Are you ever going to improve what you offer or should I find a new product?
Right now I cannot add a user even though I just paid to upgrade my subscription. I cannot edit the email of an old inactive user to assign it to a new user. I cannot add the ROLE even though pop up windows are not blocked.
You are wasting my time which is worth over $100 an hour on something very stupid and lame.
