When will the Outlook 2016 Plug-In be available?

The Outlook 2016 Plug In is my last hope! I have attempted to set up my email using the POP3 Settings and instructions.  I changed my password.  I spoke with my email host who assures me that everything is fine on their end.  I finally did a work-around and forwarded my email to my zoho email address but it wont associate to my contacts in Zoho CRM.

I am feeling very frustrated at the lack of customer service and support from Zoho.  It should not take you 3+ days to respond to an inquiry for assistance and then tell me it is someone else's issue.  My email works fine when set up in Outlook or on my mobile devices....just not on Zoho.
