When will Zoho get better?

When will Zoho get better?

I was curious when Zoho will be updated so its easy to use and functional?  Even the forum area, it was difficult to find how to ask a question.  There is no "Ask a Question" button or tab or link.  I had to guess the "New Topic" is how I got here.  Makes no sense.
