From Half a Year ago, you set up China subsite, and informed us Zoho is going into China, and your CS team told us Zoho is going to set up a China Data Center, to handle the SLOW connection issue.

So we purchased Zoho CRM Plus service, and began to deploy it into our business.

At least 6 months passed, what now?

Connection speed is still like turtle, taking at least 10 seconds to load every page, yes everywhere, at least in my city, near alibaba HQ, that resulted in abortion of web form filling of our clients.

And also, your CRM auto emails and campaign emails are rejected by the biggest email providers like QQ mail, one of your CS team instructed us how to set up the automation flow, yes, thank goodness that's good job, but useless for now, because zoho can not send our any email to the target China email address. Try it yourself.

These are not small issues for users I'd think.

I submitted several issue, and didn't see any change, so I post here, who can tell us how should we do? 

Are you really come into China or not? If yes, when?
