How are you doing with leads without personal contact.

I mean You know webpage of company and general e-mail. For you this company is lead (you will contact in the future, intent to reach person who is responsible for decision making and etc.).

How you fill Lead? Or are you filling account instead?

In the leads you need to write last name (but you don't know it yet)?

<lead is person, but why it is person, not a company?>
