Where are my forum posts - why does support not reply?
Hi,
A couple of days ago I contacted support directly - I never received confirmation that they will get back in touch soon, which is what they usually do. And of course, I never got any other kind of reply.
Now, a couple of hours ago I posted on the Zoho Calendar forum - while after hitting "publish" it said that the post is under moderation, checking my area now, there is no indication of the post, neither as a draft nor as a published post.
What is going on here?
