Where can I change layout and fonts

Where can I change layout and fonts

I am new to Zoho. So far so good. I would like whatever I am working with  like Lead or Account or Contact and so on in bold as a title (much like Sugar CRM). Helps me keep focus. And then I see a lot of unclickables in bold like Description and modified data in black 'Bold'. I would like to change that to regular or something soft.

Couldn't see anything in Setup. any ideas?
