Where can I get help for Zoho campaigns?

I am a business owner and occasional user of Zoho Campaigns. The biggest weakness is that the templates are not the most user friendly. And it seems I have no option of even a help menu in the app itself. Where do I go for help? I really just wish that Zoho would give us paid users live chat on all products. I am a CRM and Creator user and it is just nice when I can get help in the moment.

Please somebody tell where I can get help. I am trying to use blog article on my site as content of a newsletter type email. I used to do this when I used Constant Contact, but it seems Zoho Campaigns still does not have this type of capability or does it?
