Where did the Search function and Access to Workspace go when attaching Zoho Docs to an email

Where did the Search function and Access to Workspace go when attaching Zoho Docs to an email

My organization keeps all doc on Zoho Docs Workspace and now I cannot access Workspace when attaching a document in my Zoho Mail. BIG PROBLEM!
