Where do i begin?

I have a real estate investment business. I buy, fix and sell real estate. I am convinced that I need a CRM of some kind and that Zoho can help me. But, I am not sure where to start.

Where is the best place to learn how to make the best use of Zoho CRM in my business?

Should I hire some consultant to help me get things set up and organized properly?

I hear there is some sort of paid training I can get from Zoho but don't know much about that yet, only that it exists.

Of course, there are these forums, but I'm concerned that getting things initially setup and tailored to my specific business might be too big a question for the forum.
