Where do I change my email display name

It seems they have removed the previous way you change your display name as I am unable to find anything saying: "Mail settings >> send mail as" under settings - as explained below (in another and older thread). Can someone please explain where I change the email display name now.

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Go To Mail Settings » Send Mail As
  3. Click the 'Edit' icon across the particular email address under 'Configured From addresses'
  4. In the 'Display Name' text box, provide the preferred Display Name
