Where is "Advanced Search?"

  1. Is "Advanced Search" now "Filter by"?

  2. Is it possible to do a module-agnostic and field-agnostic search for a string for any given record (Account, Contact, etc)?

  3. Can I do a boolean search? 

  4.   How?

Example 1: I want to find all instances of the string "signed contract" for the selected Account.

Example 2: I want to find all notes, for the selected Contact which contain the word "invoice" AND NOT "ACME"?
