I am using as a free user and I'm exploring CRM. I'm totally new to this and am unsure if I'm looking in the wrong place! I couldn't find the "Automation" button. My setup only has 10 categories as compared to the 13 on the demo video's. Is this because my account is a free account and I have to upgrade it to a premium account first?
