Where is my email

Is there any issues with your email service? I know for a fact there there are two emails that were sent to my Zoho account and I have not received them. This email was sent about 8 hours ago and I have received emails previous from the specific senders but not this time.

What is going on here? Will I ever receive these emails? How can we be sure that emails sent by anyone is actually delivered to our account?

Please, I request for your assistance and clarification in this matter.
