Where is the START button to log call time?

Where is the START button to log call time?

We have been using the START button extensively and it's not available in the new log a call pop over. Also the popover is so small that it's hard to take notes plus it scrolls within the popover which scrolls within the page. It's not convenient to use. Please enable an option to get back to the full page for tasks and logging calls.
