Where is the support portal for logging tickets?

Hey there,

Can someone tell me why there is no support portal for Zoho CRM users anymore?

I know they have the live chat - bur frequently nobody answers, or they don't have the answer. And then there is no way to track progress on problems I've reported.

Very strange, when Zoho offers a support package to the end user, they don't have one for their own users.
