Where should I put suppliers?

Hi, I would like to know where should I record my suppliers.
I understand the best is in leads, but I need to create a subcategory where I can recognize the kind of supplier easily and do actions to a group of them.
For example, we are a tour agency, and hotels are my suppliers. I want to write a massive mail just to hotels to tell them how we expect new season to be. I want to send this e-mail to hotels but not to freelance guides, that I also have recorded on leads. How do I manage that?
