We are selling Products that has one year expiration date (as soon as it delivered to a Customer/Account).
1) Which Zoho CRM module can be used to store "Delivered product"?
So, we can add custom field "Expiration Date".
2) How can we show "List of delivered products expiring in 90 days" in Zoho CRM Home module?
So, sales team can began sending invoice to the Customer for renewal (new delivery of same product).
Via online chat with Zoho team, there is ideas to implement this using tasks generated by time-based custom workflow.
However, we would like to consider alternatives to get pros and cons of approaches.
