So we have these 2 rules that affecting each other, the expectation of execution is top from down, but somehow, ive seen couple of tickets where the bottom one gets executed first. This inconsistency may cause a lot of trouble because there is a chance where the result may be different even under a same rule. This can be solved by having additional criteria ( like a flag that available in both of rules), but this is not ideal for us because of there is additional effort to test if the criteria is working properly or not
1. Which one suppose to get executed first? top or bottom one?
2. Is it possible also to rearrange the sequence? because this is really painful to delete and recreate the rules again just to have right order
3. How many tickets can be supervised in 1 go? it seems like there is a treshold of 1000 tickets that can beupdated at 1 go, but there is no information about that
4. Why doensnt the auto close supervise execute every hour? it worked fine on 11 PM & 1 AM, ive checked the condition on the related tickets as well, it matched with all the criteria and should have been triggered
