I have next suggestion to make special feature to create fast sketch when new mail is preparing.
I wish to have a special icon for white board like is under MS Nemeeting, I could put there screenshot from clipboard /printscreen, paste function/ or make fast sketch to explain something. Then it should be able to submit it and convert to jpeg file and place to doc if it necessary. 

This function will cover previous my ideas.

P.S.
This functionality will help a lot to explain many things for support dep. and others. Please keep in mind it in next update.
