Whitelist not working?

Whitelist not working?

Hello,

I have set up a whitelist for my family (organization) a while ago. Yesterday I noticed that email are in my spam folder that are on the whitelist. I double checked this and the address is still on the whitelist. I am getting emails from that address weekly (every Monday) and until last week they showed in my inbox. Yesterday I did not get the email in my inbox but in the spam instead. What can I do?
