Whitelisting is not stopping legitimate emails from landing in Spam folder.
I have opted in to receive promotional emails from a very reputable company, yet the emails are routed to my spam folder.
Every time I recover the spam-routed email (i.e., by clicking Not Spam), I would expect Zoho to learn that the sender is OK. Unfortunately, the emails keep landing in Spam.
I whitelisted the sender address, but it still goes to spam.

Is there anything else I can do?
