I contacted the support regarding this, but I haven't heard from you. So I'll start a thread here instead.
My problem is that I whitelisted a domain and an email address - but lots of mail from that particular address still gets routed to my spam folder.
The issue seems to be that the emails are autogenerated, so they fail the
Received-SPF. How can I make sure that emails from this address ALWAYS get to my inbox. No matter what.
Please advice.
