I was hoping that someone might be able to help me with this one.
We use Zoho Desk for support tickets for a couple of companies. One of them uses WHMCS for client billing, payments etc. One area of WHMCS that we do not wish to use is the in-built support system. Instead what we would like to do is replace it with Zoho Desk.
What I am trying to avoid is having customers have two accounts - one for WHMCS and one for Desk.
Is there anyway I can integrate the two so that customers can log into WHMCS and the Desk module (to view tickets)?
