Who can I call to get information?

I'm looking to develop a platform to manage a cloud based electronic medical records, for doctors, we want to include services such as mail, calendar, directory, etc..
But I'm finding hard to understand the license, pricing and would like to get in touch with some one on the sales department that can help me>
