Dear community,
In one of our processes we have a really important email with follow-up steps that we need to confirm is it has been received, opened and clicked. I see that the analytics on the email tempalte show this information, but I have not figure it out the way to see exactly which contact has for example not opened the email.
We are a bit worried because it seems that emails being sent from the CRM are going to spam even if we have everything well-configured, or so it will seem.
Is there any way I can know exactly who hasnt opened the email template yet? That info must be available somewhere. I cant go and check contact by contact becasue even if I know the date in which the email was sent, I do not have an overview of what email was sent to each contact.
