Dear Zoho,

Please tell me who is Zoho Trident built for?

I am a Zoho One user. I understood from a Zoholics conference in May of this year, that for the next year or 2, Zoho was going to be focusing on better integration of Zoho One and the apps within the suite to eliminate overlap and duplication with the goal of creating a truly integrated user experience.

Trident seems to fly directly in the face of that goal. I downloaded and installed it. It looks nice and fresh. I went through the tutorials and looked around. Then decided to close it and go back to my Zoho One where I have access to all my apps.  Why would I use Trident? Just because it is a Desktop app?

Please try to enlighten naive customers like me that just don't see the vision.
