Why all users of domain have to be paid?

Hello Zoho,

I'd like to ask about this situation: few days before we need paid mailbox capacity for one mailbox. We accept, that we have to bought for second mailbox in same time. But now I recognize, also each new account, which I would like to create to domain, have to be paid, even we use the bigger mail storage currently for only one account!

Question is - why users in free mode can have 10 mailboxes with 5GB each and after first payment to ZOHO all next mailboxes MUST be also paid? I thought, that when someone pay, it should bring more advatanges than being non-paying user. Currently we are penalisated for whole domain, because we need one big account - it means for us we have to pay ALL mailbox even we than put limit back to stock 5GB.

If there is no change in that issue, after all problems last days, we finally leave ZOHO (after month of using..).
