Since yesterday I have been getting Payment notices for $10 USD that you were not able to process because I have not given any credit card info, our company paid annually through one of your dealers, anyway you are trying to process a payment I did not agree to, we already pay for the Professional package

I have set my CRM Backups to Bimontly because that is the maximum that you include without extra charge and somehow this month you are trying to charge me for it, why?
