I recently migrated my domain from google to zoho.
My customers keep complaining that they had already send us an email, but we cant see it in our inbox, neither in our Spam folder. We get these complains from not just one customer, but many. This is not for all the emails, only certain ones. We dont receive emails at certain times.
So I thought I'll test it out myself, and I send an email from my personal ID
allen_paul@windowslive.com to
support@kcrckw.com. It was successful. I kept sending various test emails and I noticed that
I was not able to receive some emails from my personal ID.
Why is this happening? We loose our business if we can't get all emails sent to us. Please help. I have checked the domain and MX records and everything is proper.
