Why are all of the extra fields I removed in CRM showing in Mobile?

Why are all of the extra fields I removed in CRM showing in Mobile?

I have tweaked CRM for what I need and have removed all of the extra info I do not. Why is it that Mobile continues to show all of these fields. Do they not sync to tell each other info other than the  Customer/Lead info? Is there a way to get the fields in Mobile to match those that I spent hours setting up in CRM?
