Why are my "sent emails" going out to clients with wrong content (name fields) within the body of the letter?

Why are my "sent emails" going out to clients with wrong content (name fields) within the body of the letter?

Why are emails sent to clients having problems with the input fields.  Emails are being sent to the client, but the input fields for first and last names within the body of the email contain my own first and last name.  Not a good thing... Please reply.
