Why Are You Not Telling Us What You Are Doing to Fix Sending Problems?

Zoho Team:  Many have written on this forum about the fact that they have not been able send emails from Outlook, Entourage, etc over the last 2-3 days.

Obviously, the problem is on Zoho's side, or you have changed something, because our emails were sending ok until 2-3 days ago.  The appropriate thing for Zoho to do is to tell us what you are doing to correct the problem and give us an estimate on how long it will take to fix it.
