Why aren't my emails showing u)

I primarily use my iPhone to send and receive emails.  I signed into Zoho on my desktop but my inbox does not display all my emails (only shows 4 random emails). Why does my inbox not display the emails that my phone displays.  Also, how do I view my sent email?  I cannot view them on my iPhone.
