Why aren't my emails showing up?

Why aren't my emails showing up?

I have my zoho email account set up on my iPhone.  I primarily use my iPhone to send/receive mail.  I logged onto my zoho account on my desktop and it only shows a total of 4 emails in my inbox.  Why can I view all my emails on my iPhone and not on the actual zoho mail site?  Also, how do I view sent emails?  My iPhone email won't show any sent mail (I know the emails do send).
