Why behavior of Layout Rule on Zoho People is different with other Zoho Solution, like Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM?

Dear All

I'm wondering why the behavior of Layout Rule on Zoho People is different from other Zoho Solutions, like Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM?

[Layout]

- Set 1 select (Pull Down) : OP1, OP2 (Pick list)

- Set 2 Text fields (Label for each: 'Text14OP1', 'Text4OP2')

[Layout Rules]

- if select 'OP1' on Pull Down, show 'Text14OP1'
- if select 'OP2' on Pull Down, show 'Text14OP2'

[Operation]

Select 'OP1' on Pull Down
'Text14OP1' text field is displayed, enter 'Data4OP1'
Save record
Open the same record with editing mode
Select 'OP2' on Pull Down
'Text4OP1' disappeared, and 'Text14OP2' text field is displayed, enter 'Data4OP2'
Save record
Re-open the same record with editing mode
Select 'OP1' on Pull Down
'Text14OP1' text field is displayed, and .....

[Behavior]

Zoho Desk, CRM : 'Data4OP1' is displayed on 'Text4OP1' text field

Zoho People: 'Text4OP1' text field is empty

As a setting of rule in all solutions, just set the 'Show' field. But on Zoho People, data in the field is deleted.
And also weird, behavior on solutions is different (only Zoho People are different from others), although all are 'Zoho Solutions'.

Why the behavior of Zoho People is different from others?
