Why can our company now only send 500 emails per day from the CRM?
Your rules clearly state that each user can send 300 emails per day from the CRM.
This figure used to be 500 and that was what we signed up for. It is a bit rude that you just reduce this figure in the first place.
Regardless of that though. We have now discovered that we can only send 500 emails spread across ALL users.
We have 3 CRM users. Therefore we should be able to send 900 emails per day.
Why can we only send 500?
Please fix this asap and let us know why the email allocation is getting smaller and smaller.
