Why can't i publish Reports to website anymore on free plan ?

Why can't i publish Reports to website anymore on free plan ?

Hi, i was able to publish my dashboards to my website without the login option, but i cant do it anymore. I get this message " Sorry, you cannot publish reports using Without Login option in Free plan.  Kindly  Upgrade  your plan to use this option." Why is this?, Why did it suddenly changed?
